My French Bulldog puppy, Mango, has suddenly developed red, droopy, and outwardly pointing eyes. We tried sprinkling water in his eyes, which provided temporary relief, but the issue seems to be returning. We have another puppy, and they play rough, but no injuries have occurred. Could this be due to dust or dirt, or is it something more serious?

I have a 7-year-old male English bulldog named Winston who has severe allergies, worse in the summer but present year-round. We've changed his food multiple times, and he now eats Fromm 4-star with no wheat, but only oral steroids have worked to clear his cysts and sores. After stopping the steroids, the symptoms return within a week. What can be done to improve his quality of life without relying on steroids, and what other medications or diets has he been on?
