My mixed large breed dog, Darby, weighing 50 pounds, accidentally ingested 8 magnesium pills (500mg each), 8 vitamin D pills (50mg each), and 5-6 diet pills containing caffeine. I tried to make her vomit with hydrogen peroxide but she didn't. What are the potential effects of these substances on her and what should I do next?

Is my dog forming a yeast infection? There is a small brown flake developing on her belly, and I’m not sure what it is. The area I’m concerned about is right above my thumb. It’s mostly just this one that I see, and no she doesn’t itch at it. Do you think it’s anything serious? What about the little brown flake forming next to it? Is it spreading? It’s not a yeast infection? She won’t need medication?

My miniature schnauzer was bitten by a Staffy about an hour ago, and I found a puncture wound on her neck with minimal bleeding and no swelling. Should I take her to a vet tonight or can I wait until tomorrow to see our own vet?
