My puppy, Sitka, has abnormally large lymph nodes, about 1 to 2 inches under his chin, for a few days. He seems fine otherwise, but the swelling is concerning. Could this be related to his previous embolism, and is this an emergency?

Hi Dr. Porter! My 9-month-old French Bulldog, Bella, is in her heat cycle and has been bleeding for about 21 days. The bleeding is slowing down but hasn't stopped completely. Is this abnormal, and should I be concerned about any foul discharge or odor? Additionally, we recently found a dead tick on Bella, and the area is red and irritated. She is on Simparica Trio monthly. Is this normal, and should we watch for any complications? Also, Bella has a white spot on her eye that concerns us. Should we get this checked out?
