My 6-year-old Yorkie, Bella, has had several episodes over the last few months of being lethargic, wobbly, and falling over. She wouldn't eat dinner and has been diagnosed with pancreatitis but may also have anxiety. The episodes last for a day or two and start again after she returns from my parents' place.
