My dog, Bentley, who is 11 years old, has a movable lump on his chest that I noticed a few weeks ago. I'm concerned because I'm not sure if it's grown and I've heard it might be a fatty tumor. What should I do about this lump?

My 1.5-year-old Springer has a blocked gut. She probably ate paper and/or a rabbit. I have induced vomiting with peroxide, but nothing came up except bubbles. I've also been giving her Pedialyte and coconut oil, but sometimes it stays down and sometimes it doesn't. Her last real meal was Friday morning, and she has refused food since. What should I do?
