I have a two-year-old Yorkie who I believe just had a miscarriage. She delivered an underdeveloped puppy about an hour ago and is not showing signs of pushing or straining. Her temperature is 37.4 degrees Celsius, her breathing is fine, and I found some afterbirth. Should I take her to the vet, and is it possible she has another puppy inside?

My 11-month-old dog, Tuesday, has been frequently peeing with a bit of blood in her urine since yesterday afternoon. I'm not sure if there's an unusual smell in her urine, and she doesn't seem more tired than usual.
