My German Shepherd Dog (GSD) fell into our pool and clawed the walls, causing his back paw nails to bleed. The bleeding has stopped, but he is walking with a slight limp on his left paw. Should I take him to the vet on Monday for antibiotics, and is there anything else I should watch for or do in the meantime?

My dog, Spartacus, a 3-year-old pitbull, hasn't been eating for the past 3 days, has been drinking water and throwing up profusely, and recently let out a loud screech followed by a seizure. He threw up watery vomit after I performed a makeshift CPR and Heimlich maneuver on him. I suspect he got into trash about 4 or 5 days ago. What should I do?
