My German Shepherd, Rubi, is drooling excessively and unstable on her feet. She was sitting by the door watching people through a glass window, and I had the A/C running. Her feet and legs appear normal, and she's lethargic. She's up to date on her shots, heartworm medication, and flea/tick treatment. What could be causing this behavior, and should I take her to the emergency hospital?

My Great Dane, Raven, is experiencing symptoms of a UTI such as dribbling, difficulty urinating, and excessive licking. She is 4 years old, weighs 110 pounds, and was recently spayed. I have recently moved and do not have a new vet yet. Can a vet prescribe an antibiotic for her UTI?
