My dog, Thunder, has been throwing up for a few weeks but is acting normal. The vomiting is intermittent, with yellow or foamy vomit, and tonight he threw up everything he ate. He weighs about 65lbs and eats about a cup and a half of dry food. What could be causing this and what should I do?
