We have a 13-year-old Yorkie with a tumor on the base of his left ear, which has grown since our vet advised us to monitor it. We are concerned about putting him under anesthesia due to his age, but the tumor does not seem to bother him. Should we allow Hershey to live with the tumor or have it removed?
