My Great Dane, Boot, is 2 years and 4 months old. I noticed a small amount of blood on his scalp when he exercises or exerts himself, and now I see a small patch of blood around the upper part of his neck. There are no visible lacerations, and the blood appears to be oozing from his pores. The vet downplayed it, but I'm concerned. What could be causing this, and what tests should I consider?
