My dog ate rat poison. I was able to induce vomiting and he puked it back up within 10-15 minutes. What should I do next, and are there any signs I should watch for?

One of my dogs chewed up a bottle of neomycin and polymyxin B sulfate and dexamethasone ophthalmic suspension eye drops. What should I do? The dog has not vomited since chewing the bottle, and there are chew marks and holes in it. Additionally, the same dog chewed a bottle with carprofen in it, but I don't think she ate any pills. The dog was also spayed 10 days ago.

My dog, Lady Bug, has issues with her anal glands becoming full. I've added Metamucil to a previous dog's food for similar problems. Can I add MiraLAX or natural healthy fiber to her diet? Her stools are normal but small due to diet control, and she is slightly overweight. How can I increase the fiber in her diet safely?
