My 16-year-old chihuahua is throwing up black and brown stuff that looks like coffee and chunks of beef. The vomit is liquidy with some undigested jerky treats. The chihuahua hasn't eaten anything unusual and has had liver troubles before but is now on a fresh dog food diet. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My new Chihuahua puppy, born 12/27/2020, had a mild concussion on February 23/2021. She jumped off my lap today and hit her head again. Should I worry about another concussion? She did not bleed from either injury, is very active, not afraid of anything, and very smart. She lives with 3 other older Chihuahuas, one Cockapoo, and a cat.
