My 18-month-old Pit Bull is lethargic, not responding to her name, twitching, and her jaw won't open. She looks exhausted but isn't panting, and she won't eat. She was active until 3 PM and has been outside all day. She has scratches on her abdomen and red bumps in her ear that look like a rash. She was locked in mating with another dog earlier. She has a clearish crimson discharge from her vagina, but it doesn't look swollen like during her heat. What could be wrong, and should I take her to the vet?

I accidentally overdosed my dog, Beau, a Rough Collie weighing 107 lbs and aged 10.5 years, with phenobarbital. He is currently taking Keppra ER 500 mg twice daily and phenobarbital 64.8 mg (1.5 tabs) every 12 hours. I gave him an additional 2 phenobarbital pills today. Should I still give him his Keppra tonight or skip it and resume in the morning?
