My Jack Russell Terrier, Princess, has a 1-inch long gaping hole in her face due to a nail catching her skin while scratching. The wound is on the right side of her face, along the jawline. Even though it doesn't seem to bother her, we plan to take her to the vet to get it stitched up. How much will it cost to get the hole stitched up, and is there anything else important to know about her condition?

I put my dog, Pandi, on Bravecto a few months ago. Her blood work came back high for a few things, and an ultrasound indicated her liver is not functioning correctly. They are planning to do a biopsy of her liver and aspirate her spleen, which will cost between $2,100 to $3,200. I'm very upset and worried about her condition. Do you think she will be all right?

My dog had surgery to remove fatty masses and had extreme elevation in liver enzyme levels. He was exposed to lime pellets in the yard two days ago and may have ingested some. Can this be related to his liver enzyme issue? The vet is doing various liver functioning tests. I am concerned about the lime being poisonous.

My French Bulldog was bred during her cycle on the 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, and 13th of April. She is still bleeding a maroon color blood, which is getting darker. Can she still be pregnant? Is this an indicator that she is not pregnant? She also has hypothyroidism and is 18 months old, with no previous breeding experience.
