We noticed black spots on our dog Nash's front two paws. They are not raised and are new. The dog has not been licking or rubbing the skin. What could these spots be and should we be concerned?

I have a 14-year-old female Golden Lab mix named Fiona. She has a large cyst above her right leg in the shoulder area that has been present for a couple of years, along with a recurring black growth that often ruptures and bleeds. I have treated her with three different medications and aspirated about 50 cc of brown cellular fluid from the cyst, but there has been no change. Additionally, she has been experiencing rectal bleeding at night. What could these issues be, and what should I do?
