I have a puppy who has had all her shots except rabies because she is not old enough. She got sick last night and threw up multiple times, is warm to the touch, and very lethargic. Her vomit is foamy, and she might have eaten something unusual. What could be causing her symptoms and what should I do?

My dog, Baron, a Golden Shepherd aged 8, was very agitated, jumped in bed with me at 2 am, and couldn't get comfortable. Earlier, he had some swelling around his snout, like an allergic reaction, and has been rolling on his back in the yard. He was never licking at the swelling, and there are no other obvious symptoms. What could be causing his discomfort and agitation?
