My dog, Suzie Q, accidentally ate a dose of phenobarbital meant for another dog of the same size. The dose is 1.5 tablets, each 32.4 mg. Suzie Q is 30 lbs and 15 months old. Before taking the medication, she vomited white foam and was given metronidazole 250 mg and a probiotic. Is this dose going to be okay for her?

My dog, Gypsy, a 9-year-old Min Lin/Toy Poodle mix, possibly ate a CVS brand Shower Reliever effervescent vapor tablet. The ingredients include Sodium Carbonate, Adipic Acid, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sucrose, Fragrance (Parfum), Calcium Silicate, Maltodextrin, and Magnesium. Gypsy takes 175mg KBr daily for seizures. She doesn't have perfumed breath and is acting normally. Should I be concerned, and what should I do?

My basset hound ate chocolate pudding and a lot of gravel 3 days ago. He has been vomiting gravel since Monday afternoon and is now weak, not using his hind legs well, not eating, but drinking water. What should I do?

My Black Lab has recently possibly suffered a stroke, per my Vet. I did not think to ask if I should start her on a low dose baby aspirin regimen. She is now taking "Metacam" oral suspension.

While taking my almost one-year-old dog out to go to the bathroom today, he sniffed and possibly licked another animal's saliva. I am not sure what animal the saliva came from. Is he at risk of contracting any diseases from this? He got his rabies shot in late spring of last year, close to when he got his last set of puppy shots.
