My 7-year-old St. Bernard, Whiskey, is having a hard time getting up. He doesn't seem to be in pain and will let me help him. He was at the vet on Friday and was in great spirits and got a clean bill of health. Yesterday he was limping a tiny bit and then today he can't get up. His appetite, drinking, urination, and stool are all normal. He hasn't eaten anything unusual and hasn't been anywhere to eat anything. What could be causing this sudden difficulty in getting up?
