My male dog, Whiskey, who is 7 years old, has an enlarged nipple that has been there for a while but looks a little sore recently. He hasn't been licking or rubbing it, and he is otherwise in good health. What could be causing this, and what should I do about it?

My Yorkie has been experiencing an inflamed and red eye since August, drooling on one side of his mouth, and recently had a series of cluster seizures. The vet diagnosed him with dry eye and prescribed OptImmune and a topical antibiotic, which didn't help much. However, an oral antibiotic seemed to improve both his eye and drooling issues. Additionally, his right eye has started drooping since the eye inflammation began. What could be causing all these issues, and what further steps should I take?

I have a 4-week-old puppy who suddenly became weak, not moving, crying, and had her tongue out. She also had diarrhea and was acting stiff. The other puppies are fine, and she was very happy and playful just 2 hours ago. What should I do?

My dog, Lyriq, has vomited 5 times today. His poop is solid but has red jelly-like substance in it. His last vomiting was about 5 minutes ago and it was red also. The vomit looks foamy with no food in it, and he hasn't had an appetite. He may have eaten something unusual, as he likes to try and eat things off the ground. Lyriq is 2 years and 3 months old, weighs about 11 pounds, and is a Yorkie bichon mix. He is healthy with no pre-existing conditions and is current on his vaccinations. He's not as playful as usual but not lethargic. What could be causing this and what should I do?
