My dog is scared of me and loud noises. She loves to cuddle and is excited when I come home, but she also shows signs of fear and trembling at times, especially when I tell her to lay down or when I move around the house. She also reacts strongly to loud noises like the dryer. What could be causing this behavior, and what can I do to help her?
