Is it safe to use Advantage Multi flea/heartworm medication on my 7-year-old Beagle who has a history of a seizure episode 3 years ago and is currently on Zonisamide?

My dog, Frankie, who is 6 years old and weighs about 65 pounds, hasn't eaten since 7am (it is now 3pm). He has had occasional intestinal gurgling and threw up some bile before 11am. He is now sighing a little bit and 'mleming'. He seems slightly less joyful and playful than usual, but not lethargic. Should I take him to see a vet or try feeding him chicken and rice and see if he eats at dinner time (usually 6pm)?
