My 15-pound dog ate 20 mg of Pantoprazole. When was this? Has the dog thrown up since then? What's the dog's name and age? Is there anything else the Vet should know?

Our 11-month-old Wheaten Terrier, Rufus, got into some garbage a couple of days ago. He was vomiting about twice a day for 2-3 days and is now super lethargic. He is around 25 lbs and may have ingested a diaper from the garbage. He hasn't vomited in 2 days, is still having bowel movements, eating, and drinking, but is lethargic. Should I seek emergency care for him or wait until the vet opens?
