My senior, overweight foster black lab dog ate a whole rawhide bone on Saturday night. She ate 2 meals since, but last night she started vomiting just water. She is so obese, it's very hard to even get her to get up and walk around. Should I wait, maybe her stomach acids will break it down, or is it a trip to the vet?
