My five-year-old pug, Norman, has been hacking and making intense noises since yesterday morning. He has breathing issues and has made a similar sound before, but this time it's nonstop and he's forced himself to vomit. His vomit started with dog food mixed with white, and now it's mostly white. I have a 6-year-old dog named Bella who was diagnosed with arthritis in her ankles a year and a half ago. Recently, her arthritis has worsened, causing stiffness, limping, and difficulty moving. She also has allergies or dermatitis, leading to chewing on her stomach, legs, and paws, resulting in bare spots. I can't get her to a vet right now.
