My seven-year-old, 75-pound pit bull mix, Georgie, had diarrhea with blood last night and throughout the day, along with vomiting bile. She is resting comfortably now but not drinking water. Do we need to seek immediate veterinarian help, and what should we do in the meantime?

Our 8-year-old lab/border collie mix, Bandit, has an eye infection with symptoms of a cloudy eye and white discharge. He was diagnosed with a small scratch in his eye and prescribed Cipro eye drops and Atropine. However, his eye appears worse after starting treatment. Given that our other dog has an MRSP nasal and UTI infection, and the cat may have spread MRSP through the house, what is the possibility that Bandit's eye infection is MRSP, and should we take him to UC Davis for further evaluation?

My dog, a Dachshund, was having diarrhea last night and this morning, which seems to be better now, but she is vomiting clear stuff and appears lethargic. I gave her half a tablet of Immodium this morning, which helped the diarrhea, and just gave her half a teaspoon of Pepto Bismol. What else can I do to help her?
