My Pekingese dog was straining while eliminating his bowels at the dog park, and I found a golf-ball size amount of feces entangled in his fur. After cleaning him, his anus is still pink, red, and enlarged. His behavior is normal, but I'm concerned if this is due to straining or if it requires veterinary attention.

My 7-year-old Great Dane is walking stiffly, has a large firm swelling on his right shoulder, and is reluctant to move, especially up and down stairs or into the truck.
