My pit bull, Roman, has had a bad cough and bad breath for a week. He was given amoxicillin 500 mg and was eating okay initially, but has since stopped eating entirely. He does drink water, and his urine is mild and clear, while his stools are small and hard. His energy level is about 75-80%, and he sleeps a lot. What could be causing his lack of appetite, and what can I do to help him?
