My 10 lb Chiweenie named Buddy, who is 10 years old and in excellent health, ate 3 Quantum Energy Squares 3 hours ago. He has since thrown up mostly clear syrupy fluid and seems a little bloated but otherwise okay. What should I do?

About 15-20 minutes after resting, we noticed she was breathing rapidly at about 60 breaths per minute. Should we be concerned, and what could be causing this?
