My 3-month-old boxer puppy, Gretel, is limping and crying, holding up her rear left leg. She doesn't react when I touch her leg or hip, but cries in extreme pain when moved. There is no visible swelling. What should I do?

My dog, Brandy, had a seizure a couple of hours ago. She is breathing heavily, making snoring noises through her mouth, and doesn't want to move. I can't move her as she's too heavy for me to take to the vet. She hasn't eaten much in the last two days and has been coughing a lot to the point of gagging for the past six months. Could she have had a stroke?
