What should I feed a finicky dog who is only given dog food (2 cups), twice a day, and 2-3 dog treats per day? She initially eats new food brands but stops after a few days. We've tried adding a milk bone treat to her food, but she only eats the treat and leaves the food. She maintains her weight of 62 lbs and is otherwise healthy and playful.

My 13-year-old male beagle mix dog has a 2mm urolith in his urinary bladder, a pH of 7.5, and 2-3 struvite crystals. He had a urinalysis and a urine culture that showed no infection or blood. However, he sometimes shows signs of pain. Additionally, an ultrasound revealed a nodule in his left adrenal gland. What treatment options and management strategies would you recommend for his bladder stone and adrenal nodule?
