My Pug was attacked by a Husky and has deep puncture wounds on her back and rear end. She's on antibiotics and pain meds. I noticed a red/pink area on her belly and one leg that looks like a bruise, but I'm worried it could be internal bleeding or infection. What could this be, and should I consider it an emergency or wait for her regular vet appointment tomorrow?
