My 13-year-old beagle, Eddie, has an extremely swollen abdomen, is very weak, and has to urinate frequently in small amounts. He also has a shallow cough and sometimes rapid, shallow breathing. His digestive system is working fine, and he was wormed three weeks ago. What could be causing these symptoms?
