My 10-year-old female Maltese named Puff has blood droplets coming out of her bottom, along with loose stool that also has a little blood mixed in. The area around her anus is stained with blood. She has had tiny bits of blood in her stool at different times, but this is a much greater volume and just happened today. She has Cushings disease and has had pancreatitis in the past. She is currently on Metacam and seems a little lethargic. What could be causing this and what should I do?

We have a 5-year-old Morkie who weighs 10-10.2 pounds and always seems hungry. He gets 1/4 cup Science Diet dry kibble in the morning, 1/4 cup Pro Plan vet-scripted wet food with 1/8 cup kibble mixed in. He can be very active but also lazy, and we'd like to incorporate fruits and vegetables like cucumber, carrots, squash, blueberries, strawberries, watermelon, and lettuce. He had cataract surgery in April and no longer needs eye drops. He was diagnosed with separation anxiety after boarding for 2 nights, which led to vomiting and diarrhea. What can we do to manage his hunger and incorporate healthy foods into his diet?
