My puppy, Baxter, is vomiting, possibly has something stuck in his throat, and is also having hiccups. The vomit is liquidy and foamy, with no food expelled, and he is not breathing normally. He might have eaten something unusual, like palm fronds, while outside all day. He is also breathing hard in his sleep. What should I do?
