My dog, Bella, a 4-year-old black lab, has been vomiting all night. The vomit looks liquidy with food in it. She was out playing with another dog all day yesterday. She's vomited 4 times, is eating and drinking, and shows no difference in breathing. Her tummy is slightly enlarged, and she isn't spayed. She was last in heat in December or January and isn't on any medications. What could be causing this and what should I do?
