My puppy is not drinking water properly and only gets water through food. He is recovering from Parvo and had diarrhea, but it has stopped now. He is energetic and playing normally, but his stool is still a bit soft. He used to drink a lot of water on his own, but now he doesn't unless it's in his food. Is he being stubborn, or is there something wrong?
