My 9-year-old Chihuahua, Mandy, has been lethargic since yesterday. A neighbor gave her a lot of turkey lunch meat, and she has been drinking tons of water. She ate a tiny bit of boiled chicken breast with broth and white rice yesterday and this morning, but she is not wanting to eat at all today. She is urinating but panting extremely bad and consuming very large amounts of water. What could be wrong and what should I do?
