My dog, Red, has had a lot of ticks since summer. I've tried Frontline, shampoos, and treating the yard, but nothing seems to work. Red has never seen a vet, and I can't afford it. What other options do I have for tick prevention and relief?

My dog vomited twice, the first time containing dog food, grass, and purple pill fragments, and the second time just dog food. She ingested children's Tylenol or ibuprofen about an hour and a half before vomiting. She is currently acting normal. What should I do for her?
