My dachshund, Maud, is in stage 1 labor for her first time. It started at 1:30am on Thursday morning with restlessness and anxiety. By 11am, she had pulled apart her cage and nested continuously, vomiting twice. She slept intermittently and vomited again later. Last night, she was very anxious and vomited her dinner and water this morning. She vomited yellow liquid recently. Still no puppies or signs of stage 2 labor. Is this normal?

My 6-year-old female dog's abdomen is swollen, her nipples are enlarged, and she has been panting heavily for the last couple of days. She is not spayed, and there is a possibility of neighborhood dogs mating with her. Could she be pregnant or experiencing a false pregnancy?
