My 5-month-old Goldendoodle, named Goldie, has been experiencing diarrhea and vomiting since yesterday. The vomit is liquidy with food from earlier. He was active and energetic until now, but he has no energy and wants to sleep. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I am trying to decide if I need to go to an emergency vet or can wait until 7am when they open. My 6-year-old yellow lab, Miller, has been on Keflex and prednisone for 3 months for severe skin irritation/scratching with no relief. He got out today and came back tonight limping, shaky breathing, very weak, unable to really bear weight on his right side. No bleeding or obvious fracture. I'm afraid he may have been hit or that it could be a combination of the irritated areas and prolonged medications.
