My puppy, Mochi, is vomiting. The first throw up was food, the second was food liquid, and then it was white/yellow foam. He could have eaten something unusual, and he seems wobbly when trying to throw up the white foam. He is resting right now, and I am monitoring him. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

My beagle, Dolly, is experiencing eye issues. Her eyes have been getting red by the end of the day for the last few weeks, which I initially thought might be allergies. After walking through spray sunblock, her left eye became very red, and while rinsing it seemed to improve, it became red and swollen again, covering part of her eyeball. She has been pawing at the affected eye. What could be causing this and what should I do?
