My puppy, Murph, is 5 months old and has been vomiting for about 20 minutes. He has thrown up multiple times, initially with food and now more foamy. He seems lethargic and is drooling and groaning. He is a Golden Retriever and German Shorthaired Pointer mix, weighing around 30-40 lbs. He was outside before he started vomiting. What should I do?

My dog Kane, a 3-year-old Pitbull weighing about 175 lbs, has been suffering from severe allergies for about four days. He has runny eyes and nose, a hacking sound coming from his throat, and his face around his eyes looks swollen. I have Kroger non-drowsy adult allergy relief tablets containing 10 mg of Loratadine. Is it safe to give him one of these tablets, and should I be concerned about his symptoms?
