Her condition has fluctuated, with her eyes improving and then worsening, and her stomach swelling and then subsiding. What could be causing these symptoms and what further steps should be taken?

My dog ate half an oatmeal raisin cookie and half a chocolate chip cookie. Should I be worried? The dog weighs around 40-50 lbs and is about 5 years old. She ate the cookies a couple of hours ago and has shown no signs of vomiting or abnormal behavior so far.
