My 95 lbs male lab, Barkley, ate about 140g each of milk, dark, and white chocolate (14 Ferraro Rochers, 14 Ferraro Raffaellos, and 14 Ferraro Rondnoirs) about 2 hours ago. He has shown no signs of discomfort, vomiting, or diarrhea. What should I expect and is there anything I should do?

My dog, Milo, was desexed a week ago. Last night, he licked the surgical area, and this morning, there is a little bit of blood. I'm not sure if the stitches have been disturbed. The dog is due for a final check-up on Tuesday and is currently not on any medication. He is behaving normally, but I'm worried the wound might get bigger.
