My puppy, Sir Cash, a Biewer Terrier, has been lethargic for about a week, less active, and having difficulty defecating. He may only produce one drop or not go at all. He may have eaten something unusual, possibly plants. His appetite has also decreased, and he has been selectively eating Purina Shredded Cheeseburger over his regular Royal Canine food. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have a female puppy named Phoebe who is frequently squatting as if she needs to pee, which makes me think she might have a UTI.
