She is notorious for eating unusual items like socks, headphones, and even cash. She has a good appetite and no vomiting, but her tummy is gurgling. What can I do to help her at home?

My dog, Oscar, just got back from daycare on Monday and his jowls are red and swollen. He hasn't been licking or rubbing the affected area, and he was just in daycare for a week. Could it be from other dogs, a dirty environment, or chemicals used at the daycare? He's also been very sleepy, more than usual.
