My senior dog, Patches, was attacked by a groundhog. He has bite wounds on his muzzle and neck, which are superficial. He was reactive and sensitive to everything after the attack. Is it worth trying to sedate him with Trazodone to get a muzzle over his injuries for another rabies booster, considering his previous reaction to sedation and anesthesia?
