There is no unusual smell, and his behavior is normal, though he has recently lost some weight. He is up to date with his worming, tick, and flea treatments, and has had a lot of exercise today. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

I noticed a mole-like growth on my dog's paw between her 'fingers'. It looks like a mole or something. I tried touching it but she seems to not like it. Not sure if I should take her to the vet right away or if this is normal.
