My dog, Cara, has been dealing with constipation, which seems to be improving with your suggestions. However, she still has a problem urinating, with her stream being a series of drips. Her urine is yellow but not very dark, and she drinks plenty of water. I'm concerned her kidneys might be affected. What can be done to help her?

My border collie's paws have areas of raw tissue, similar to blisters, on his front and back left paws, and now another area of dry (dead) skin has appeared on his right back paw. The only change is his diet, from beef mince with rice and mixed vegetables to lamb mince. Can you help?

I have a small dog who was sick to his stomach and now seems to be having problems urinating, often holding his leg up. He does produce some urine but in small amounts, and he seems upset. What could be causing this and what should I do?

Our 14-year-old Shitzu/Bichon cross is experiencing severe pain when moved, especially related to her spine. She is currently on 20mg of Ketoprofen once a day, which provides relief but only for less than 24 hours. Can she handle more than one pill per day, and what are the potential side effects? Are there better pain management options like steroid-based pain meds, and what are the risks and benefits of these alternatives?
